
Williams Realty Advisors was formed in November 2004 for the purpose of managing the Williams Realty Fund I (“Fund I”) and successor funds. Fund I was launched in February 2005 and is focused on quality development projects across a variety of real estate sub-types and markets. Subsequent investment funds are currently being planned for additional real estate acquisition and development opportunities.
Williams Realty Advisors consists of a highly qualified and experienced team of professionals led by John A. Williams. The primary objectives of Williams Realty Advisors are to provide premier investment selection and investment management for the Williams Realty Funds and to provide unmatched service to our investors.

Grove Street Partners, LLC (“Grove Street”) is a privately held firm founded in April 2004 by Kevin Kern with John A. Williams (founder of Post Properties) as an investor. Since its inception, the firm has added Chip Groome and James Stormont as partners in the firm. Together these individuals have a combined 80 years in multi-faceted real estate development projects.
Grove Street Partners and its principles have successfully capitalized numerous hospitality, office, industrial, and commercial developments totaling almost one billion dollars. The firm has significant experience developing innovative and quality projects on time and on budget.

Newport Development, LLC (“Newport Development”) was founded in November 2003 by Robert F. Krause and J. Richard Stephens, Jr. in response to favorable residential development opportunities in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia and the southeast.

Oxford Properties, LLC (“Oxford”) was founded in March 2002 by W. Daniel Faulk, Jr., former President of Post Apartment Development, Inc., John A. Williams, Jr., founder and President of Williams Investment Group, Inc., and Richard A. Denny, III, former Executive Vice President of Post Construction Services, Inc. Oxford designs, develops and leases workforce housing in the multifamily sector, as well as manages other general contracting activities for third parties (including other Project Development Companies). Oxford offers specialized development and general contracting services for rental townhome communities and apartments initially in the southeastern and eastern United States.

Parc Senior Communities, LLLP (“Parc Communities”) was founded in 2000 by Roy L. Dickson. Parc Communities develops, leases and manages upscale independent senior and age restricted housing for people who do not require assistance in their day-to-day living needs but who wish to eliminate the responsibilities of home ownership.

Since its inception in 1996, City Storage, LLC has driven innovation in the self-storage industry through a thoughtful combination of creative site planning, award-winning architectural design and solid economic operating performance. City Storage has profitably developed, managed, and recently concluded the sale of a $21M four-store, 368,000 sq. ft. Class “A” Atlanta self-storage portfolio to nationally recognized self-storage operators.

RAM Partners, LLC (“RAM Partners”) was initially formed as a subsidiary of Post Properties in 1989 and was acquired from Post Properties by William F. Leseman and Robert E. Bell in January 2002. RAM Partners is a full-service property management firm that leases and manages over 120 properties totaling approximately 28,000 units, primarily in the southeastern United States. RAM Partners is an Accredited Management Organization by The Institute of Real Estate Management, which awards its highest designation to companies which have met stringent standards of experience, financial stability, integrity and ethics.

Williams Asset Management, LLC (WAM) was formed in January 2006 with the objective to purchase quality multifamily assets in major metropolitan markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Sunbelt regions. WAM also will be directly involved after acquisition as the asset manager and will oversee the property management company, RAM Partners, on every aspect of each property from acquisition through disposition and will report to WRA, the fund advisors, and the lenders on a quarterly basis.
